The Dog Barber is owned and operated by Roberto Lopez, an experienced dog groomer who holds a bachelors degree in animal husbandry and is a graduate of Madeline's Institute of Pet Grooming in Santa Clara, California. Roberto's specialties include the grooming of all types of dogs, small and large.
Roberto's vast experience working in a prestigious San Francisco pet grooming shop as a groomer, along with the love and passion for animals, encouraged him to open his own pet grooming studio.
Frequent attendance at pet grooming workshops and conferences has kept Roberto up to date with the latest and newest advancements in styling techniques, grooming products and equipment to ensure pet's comfort and well being.
Roberto has volunteered as a dog walker at the San Francisco SPCA and has worked at the San Francisco SPCA Hospital as an animal attendant.
